Participants/entrants are also welcome to participate in the Old Timer’s Day Parade which begins at 10:00 a.m.
Pre-registration: $15.00 per entry; $25.00 w/T-Shirt. DEADLINE: April 10, 2009.
Registration (day of event): $20.00 per entry; $30.00 w/ T-Shirt. DEADLINE: 3:30 p.m. on May 2nd.

Upon check-in, all entrants will be given a registration packet with information. Transport vehicles must be off-loaded and/or parked in the designated “Off-Loading Areas”. Please — no parking of transports in the “staging or show areas”, Thank you.
Alcoholic beverages prohibited in/around Kings Street except in pre-designated areas.
LIABILITY RELEASE
In consideration of the acceptance to the right to participate, entrants and spectators, by the execution of this entry form, release and discharge the sponsors, with their representatives, and anyone else connected with the Avenal Old Timer’s Day Committee/Avenal Rotary Club, City of Avenal and its employees/representatives/et al, Reef Sunset Unified School District employee/representatives/ et al, from any and all known damages, injuries, losses and claims from any causes whatsoever suffered by any entrant to his/her person or his/her property.
Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entries, firms, persons and bodies of and from any and all liabilities occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant assisting or cooperating with entrant and/or under the direction or control of entrant.
